    We are ideal for meetings, seminars, reunions, weddings, receptions, banquets, concerts, galas and trade shows. In addition to business meetings, exhibits and concerts, our rooms are available for dining, with options for dancing and full decorating available.

    The largest and conveniently located convention center between Denver and Salt Lake City, Grand Junction Convention Center can accommodate groups up to 2,670 people. It offers 24,120 square feet of meeting and exhibit space in addition to catering and trade show decorating services.

Location

Grand Junction Convention Center has a private parking lot located off of Colorado, just South of the building. Underground parking is also available, entrance is on the SW side of Grand Junction Convention Center. There is also public parking available in the downtown corridor.

Downtown Grand Junction provides parking with meters along the streets from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Outside of this time frame, you will find that all parking in the area is free. Most parking lots in the area are just a short walk to the venue.

Food and Beverage

For private events, you will find a wide variety of catering menu options. Please note that as we do have food available, no outside food and beverage is allowed. Rooms are available for dining and dancing, and the center's culinary team caters events in-house or at the Avalon Theatre. Convention center staff can customize spaces with your décor – any theme imaginable – and food, everything from concessions to an elaborate fruit display and custom martini bar.

Parking

Our underground and adjacent surface lot have accessible spaces to meet your needs. Either is a quick trip up our elevator, located on the south-east corner of the convention center, from your event.

Capacities are set to max. Any additional equipment including but not limited to chairs, tables, stages or AV will impact capacity.
